 | In 2011, ROOF began a collaborative effort with the South Central Regional Council of Governments (SCRCOG) to expand its services from New Haven to 14 other cities and towns in the region. Through the SCRCOG Regional Housing Committee, the ROOF Project works directly with representatives and volunteers from all 15 towns.  |
